We are proud to offer this 12-Month Limited Warranty for your Print-Pro Printer Gun to ensure your device operates as intended. This warranty is designed to cover manufacturer defects or internal issues that are beyond your control as the user.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Internal malfunctions or issues that occur due to no fault of the user, such as hardware or software failures.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Accidental or Physical Damage:
    • Drops, spills, impacts, or exposure to water or extreme environments.
  2. Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications:
    • Damage resulting from attempts to repair or alter the device by unauthorized personnel.
  3. Misuse or Neglect:
    • Improper handling, use outside of recommended conditions, or failure to follow the product manual.
  4. Normal Wear and Tear:
    • Cosmetic issues, such as scratches, dents, or discoloration, that do not affect functionality.
  5. Consumable Parts:
    • Accessories or consumables, such as ink cartridges, cables, or batteries, unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
  6. External Factors:
    • Issues caused by power surges, electrical overloads, or environmental conditions (e.g., moisture, dust, or extreme temperatures).
  7. Product Alteration:
    • Devices where the serial number, labels, or other identifying markers have been removed or tampered with.
  8. Improper Installation or Setup:
    • Issues caused by failure to set up or use the product according to the provided instructions.
  9. Claims for Dissatisfaction:
    • Complaints about performance not explicitly guaranteed in the product description (e.g., “I thought it would print faster”).

Exploitation Prevention Clauses

To ensure fairness and avoid misuse, this warranty includes the following terms:

  1. Proof of Fault Required:
    Customers must provide clear evidence of the defect, such as photos, videos, or a detailed description of the issue. We reserve the right to request the device be sent to us for evaluation before a warranty claim is approved.

  2. Return Authorization Required:
    Customers must receive written authorization from our support team before returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

  3. Shipping Costs:
    The customer may be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the device to us for assessment. If the warranty claim is approved, we may cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer.

  4. Limited Replacement Policy:
    If a device is replaced under warranty, the replacement device will inherit the original warranty period. For example, if 6 months remain on the warranty when the device is replaced, the replacement device will be covered for those remaining 6 months.

  5. No Abuse Clause:
    Claims that appear to involve intentional damage or misuse to exploit the warranty will be denied. For example, submitting claims for damage caused by improper use or reporting false issues is grounds for rejection.

To make a claim, follow these steps:

    • Your order number or proof of purchase.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect, if possible.
  2. Follow the instructions provided by our team for next steps, which may include sending the device for evaluation.

Final Notes

  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • We reserve the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet the terms outlined above.
